I booked a room based on the following description on your website: “Room includes: a desk, heating, shower, bathroom equipment, toilet, bathroom, additional toilet, TV, radio, satellite TV, LCD TV/plasma TV/flatscreen TV Room’s area: 30 square metres” In the hotel I got the room no. 31 which did not live up to the above conditions at all. The area of the room no. 31 which I got was about 10-15 sq. metres, not 30 sq. metres. Despite asking a few times at the hotel’s reception for the room which would comply with the description, I didn’t get one. Moreover, the agreement I made with Booked.net contained the information that it was to be a 3-star hotel, as well as the photos of the room and bathroom. Instead, the room didn’t have a hair-dryer, there was no shampoo (only soap), the room hadn’t been cleaned and it looked totally different than the room presented in the website photos. The mirror in the bathroom was damaged, door frame rusty, there was no radio (it was included in the description on the website). The hotel requested to pay in advance for the room. I paid because I trusted Booked.net which I used so far without major problems, so I didn’t suspect a deceit. After seeing the room which did not agree with the description, I wanted to move out of the hotel, but I was refused the refund.

Convenient location - tram stop right outside the hotel. Made getting around the city really easy. Comfortable beds - had a good night's sleep every night. Friendly staff - the lady who checked us in and Jackub were welcoming and helpful.
Rooms had a strange smell, like cheap air freshener trying to cover something up. Thin walls - could hear noise from the adjoining rooms, which caused some disturbances.

I enjoyed its well heated and airy rooms.
Booked a room in the advertised pictures. The location was favourable and I could use private parking on site...

The location of this place is great, only 25 km from Vaclav Havel Prague airport and surrounded by bars and restaurants, which is a definite bonus!

Everything here was good, and the weather was pleasant, appreciated it. The location was marvellous: an old market and a market were within walking distance.

I had a great time staying here, the parking was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic with a more relaxed vibe away from the typical tourist spots.

Trams in front of hotel and around the corner took us everywhere, easily. Room very basic, but OK since we spent little time there. Breakfast was included, and had a good variety.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Minimalist breakfast. Desk staff was very helpful. It was very easy to get to the centre of Prague by taking one tram and a subway. Because it is a little farther out of the city centre there are some wonderful restaurants which are extremely affordable.

The value we got for our money at Otakar was impressive, the room was comfortable and the location was convenient with easy access to trams. The staff treated us wonderfully, giving us great recommendations for late-night parties and making our stay memorable.
Breakfast offerings could be improved with the addition of non-sweet cereal and yogurt, but overall it was good.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable and we felt that we got more than what we paid for. The attention to detail was impressive, especially considering it's not a luxury hotel. The location was fairly good, as we could take the tram just in front of the hotel and reach the city center within half an hour. It was perfect because it wasn't too far from the city center but far enough from the crowds of tourists.
All in all, we had a pleasant stay and found everything to be satisfactory.

very helpful staff, nice clean rooms, and the tram station is just outside the hotel, so connectivity is good. but for first timers, there can be a difficulty in finding the place. overall good place to stay.
